Please note: Free storage time will be reduced from 180 to 90 days, effective June 1, 2024.
1.Purchasing and Forwarding Orders: The storage period is 90 days from the \"In Warehouse\" status. You will receive reminders as the expiration date approaches. If no shipping information or feedback is provided within 180 days, items will be considered abandoned and destroyed.
2.Abnormal Parcels: For parcels with incomplete logistics information, the storage period is 30 days from the \"Received\" status. No reminders will be issued. If unclaimed, these items will be considered abandoned and destroyed.
3.Storage Extension: After the free storage period, you may purchase an extension at 15RMB/month per ID.
Additional Details:
CSSBuy is responsible for safekeeping items during the storage period, but this does not extend to the shelf life of perishable goods.
No further notices will be given for destroyed items and parcels.
To avoid destruction, please submit your packages within the valid storage period.
