Why not all the coupons in activities can be presented to friends?

        Since the new version of "coupons" is on-line, e-coupons issued in activities can only be activated for the current user. A the same time, e-coupons issued by the activities have the following two kinds:
        1. one is only for the current user to activate;
        2. another is activated by the current user, but it can be used on their own, and  can also be presented to friends.
        According to the different activities, we will provide the different e-coupons.
